The Crown Is Yours
We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to support our Analytics and Operations teams by owning key recurring processes and driving improvements across finance workflows. This role sits at the intersection of data, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help shape financial insights, streamline operations, and empower teams across the organization to make smarter, data-informed decisions.
What you’ll do as a Finance Analyst
Lead daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting on market share and competitive trends, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain and evolve recurring reporting materials, including dashboards, slide decks, and data extracts.
Analyze financial and operational data to surface trends, identify anomalies, and uncover growth opportunities.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
Build and implement workflows and tools to improve reporting speed, consistency, and scalability.
Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and external partners to reconcile data and manage payment statuses.
Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, share findings, and support data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar finance role.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros; familiarity with VBA is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
