The Crown Is Yours

As a Scouting Operations Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing DraftKings’ live sports data collection efforts. On NFL game days, you will oversee a team of scouts responsible for capturing real-time, play-by-play, and player-specific data from live venues. You will ensure data accuracy, resolve issues promptly, and maintain smooth operational workflows. In addition to NFL coverage, you will support scouting operations for college football and basketball, contributing to personnel management, communication processes, and logistics coordination.

What you’ll do

• Lead live NFL gameday operations, overseeing scout performance and ensuring high-quality real-time data collection.

• Monitor data feeds for accuracy and consistency; collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.

• Support college football and basketball operations by assisting with scheduling, team and roster updates, and scout coordination.

• Coordinate game-day logistics, including scout assignments, ticket distribution, and venue entry planning.

• Provide performance feedback and contribute to ongoing training and process improvements.

What you’ll bring

• Strong passions & in-depth knowledge of college and professional sports, including schedules, teams, players, & statistics.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, utilizing strong analytical, troubleshooting, & problem solving skills.

• Proficiency with data tools & platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets,).

• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective team communication.

• Experience in data monitoring, sports analytics, or a related field.

• Familiarity with sports data platforms, APIs, and real-time data feed systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 - $25.48 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
