We are growing a dynamic team and are searching for a Gaming Operations Associate to help build and maintain strong and long-lasting supplier relationships. When joining us, you’ll be a key point driving our integrations and game releases to completion. You’ll assist with testing of games, configurations, casino provider integrations and also help debugging various issues. Sounds good to you? Join us.

What you’ll do as a Gaming Operations Associate

  • Perform 3rd party game providers integration testing

  • Perform games testing on all platforms

  • Work on internal side game features

  • Help the team with debugging game issues during new state/brands development

  • Create defect tickets, collaborate with developers, update status reports, and track issues to resolution

  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, QA & Development teams to drive a completed final product

  • Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions according to the Casino Units and its partner suppliers

What you’ll bring:

  • Have 1+ year of proven experience as a technical support person, or in a similar position within an online gaming company

  • Proactive communication skills and the ability to work closely in cross-functional teams

  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as business needs evolve

  • A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve and adopt new testing approaches

  • Basic proficiency with tools such as: Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Kibana etc.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail

  • Strong technical and business orientation skills

  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems
