The Crown Is Yours

As Senior Manager – Revenue, you’ll lead high-priority initiatives that directly impact the performance of our Online Sportsbook (OSB) Revenue Operations team. This highly-visible role combines strategic oversight with hands-on program management, driving continuous improvement and delivering results. Working closely with Operations, Product, and Leadership teams, you’ll influence key revenue outcomes and help shape the future of our organization.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Revenue

  • Oversee and manage a cross-functional program focused on improving top-line OSB revenue, aligning efforts with organizational goals and key performance metrics.

  • Take accountability for the performance of revenue-focused initiatives, employing data-driven insights to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement solutions.

  • Champion a test-and-learn approach, creating and executing an ongoing agenda to refine and enhance revenue-driving strategies.

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and shared ownership of program objectives. Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable performance updates and insights to senior leadership, ensuring visibility into progress and outcomes.

  • Lead by example, diving into project details to ensure successful implementation and adherence to deadlines.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in the regulated online sports betting industry, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, cross-functional settings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics preferred.

  • Ability to connect the big picture with tactical execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while delivering on specific goals.

  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence diverse teams, aligning efforts across departments to achieve shared objectives.

  • A data-driven mindset paired with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and balance multiple complex projects.

  • A hands-on approach that inspires confidence and drives accountability across teams.

  • This role works traditional business hours, with an expectation to be engaged and available during sporting moments.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 124,000.00 USD - 155,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
