The Crown Is Yours

As a Workforce Management Specialist within our Customer organization, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining forecasts and capacity plans for our Workforce Management and Operations teams. In this role, you’ll develop a detailed understanding of our user's needs, products, and business drivers. You will help develop and refine our forecasting and capacity planning models and processes.

What you’ll do as a Workforce Management Specialist

  • Prepare accurate long and short-term forecasts, advising the business on what to expect for future state.

  • Prepare ad hoc forecast scenarios such as Super Bowl surge, playoff scheduling demands, and overlap of seasons for NHL, NBA, and MLB.

  • Create dashboards and reports to clearly communicate forecasts, plans, and performance.

  • Ensure accurate headcount tracking and maintain capacity plans.

  • Support the maintenance and development of workforce planning processes and procedures.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of Forecasting, Demand Planning, Business Analytics, or Data Science experience.

  • Understanding of SQL and Google Sheets; proficiency with Python is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Clear and thorough understanding of short, medium, and long-term forecasting practices.

  • A drive towards continual improvement of processes and working environment.

  • Experience in Workforce Management is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,200.00 - $94,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
