The Crown Is Yours
As a Content Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in advancing our VIP Promotional Strategy by spearheading cross-vertical VIP promotional initiatives. This role offers a creative outlet for you to develop strategies for marketing the DraftKings brand and VIP experience, while also promoting unique product-specific offers.
What you’ll do as Content Operations Associate
Coordinate marketing calendars and create meeting cadences for planning and execution.
Create creative briefs on behalf of the VIP team.
Understand and test offer flow from a customer perspective.
Work closely with the VIP and Loyalty teams to ensure the customer lifecycle promotional strategy flows properly.
Partner with our Player Development and Customer Experience teams to gain insights on player preferences and feedback on promotions.
Partner with our RevOps teams to communicate and escalate pertinent information from our customer facing team.
Consistently strive to improve the VIP experience, thinking critically and creatively about ways to make the VIP promotional strategy the most impactful it can be.
Become an expert and constantly stay up to date on key sporting events, holidays, and other marquee events that would impact our marketing calendar.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in Content Operations or related fields.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends, and non-standard hours.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56,000.00 - $84,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
