The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Associate Delivery Manager, you'll be working on various cross-functional projects across the company and be heavily involved with roadmap execution (new and existing feature development) and day-to-day engineering operations for a particular focus area. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between a team of software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Product, Operations and Compliance, and other areas of the organization during the planning and execution of features, enhancements, and quality improvements.

What you’ll do as a Senior Associate Delivery Manager

  • Build and maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments and align expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders, while maintaining effective communication and transparency.

  • Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Identify and remove blockers and dependencies with other engineering teams across the organization while empowering them to self-organize and make project decisions.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

  • Facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items to align with value and strategic importance.

  • Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans and results.

  • Balance resource limitations to maintain the highest-quality product standards while also achieving quarterly roadmap goals.

  • Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies during project planning and development.

  • Coordinate with Release Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain expected cadence.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with and managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment combined with a high-level understanding of micro-services and mobile software development basics.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and the ability to prioritize competing priorities is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and EazyBI is a plus.

  • Experience with customer advocacy, process improvement, and analytical analysis is a plus.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
