The Crown Is Yours

As a Delivery Manager, you'll be working on various cross-functional projects and be heavily involved with roadmap execution and day-to-day engineering operations. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between a team of Software Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams during the planning and execution of new features, enhancements, and quality improvements.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Manager

  • Organize and facilitate the planning and execution of large, complex projects that span multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery.

  • Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Build and maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments, align expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders, and maintain effective communication and transparency.

  • Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies during project planning and development.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, risk management strategies, and operational efficiencies.

  • Analyze reporting and metrics to track project and team performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with and managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment combined with a good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and the ability to prioritize competing priorities is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and EazyBI is a plus.

  • Experience with customer advocacy, process improvement, and analytical analysis is a plus.
