The Crown Is Yours

We're looking for an Associate Product Designer to join our Sportsbook Back Office Design team. In this role, you’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers, Traders and other operators to revolutionize and enhance how our backbone, back-office software works. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to actively participate in meetings with diverse stakeholders, maintain and enhance design libraries, create innovative UX and user flows, and design Figma mockups that effectively represent the user experience.

What you’ll do as an Associate Product Designer

  • Read and analyze complicated acceptance criteria and transliterate them to designs.

  • Partner closely with various Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders to make sure the provided UX meets high-quality standards.

  • Work with design systems and understand their frontend counterparts to ensure work is delivered on time and obeys the technical ruleset.

  • Leverage Kanban, Scrum boards, and Roadmaps in JIRA and read and edit confluence documentation to keep the roadshows always up to date.

  • Advocate for design improvements in the Back Office application ecosystem improvements when needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team designing platform features.

  • Solid knowledge and usage of Figma.

  • A portfolio, showcasing a foundation in UX practices and Visual Design is required.

  • An ability to analyze and comprehend complex product requirements.

  • Deep understanding and previous experience with ready to go design libraries and frontend frameworks (MUI) will be considered a huge plus.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tech products is an advantage.

  • Gaming industry and/or enterprise software design experience is a plus.
