The Crown Is Yours

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to collaborate with our Talent Management Team and our EMEA leaders and employees to execute strategies that develop, engage, and retain our employees. You’ll help evolve the working methods and organizational structure at DraftKings to ensure success as we rapidly grow and scale to meet the incredible opportunity before us. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our People team to support our employees.

What you’ll do as an HR Generalist

  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with all levels of management and employees in our Ukraine office.

  • Understand our business strategy, goals, challenges and opportunities. Anticipate, evaluate and help the business address organizational issues and growth related challenges.

  • Handle all employee relations matters within the teams you support including performance management.

  • Drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle in partnership with our Learning and Development team. Examples of this are goal setting, performance management, rewards planning, promotions, internal mobility and onboarding/offboarding talent.

  • Identify high-potential employees and advise leaders on strategies and initiatives to ensure their retention and growth.

  • Provide consultation and counsel to leaders and managers on organizational design and structure to optimize business outcomes.

  • Partner with our recruiting team to support the hiring of top talent while working together to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and new hire effectiveness.

  • Leverage data to support program designs and prioritization of people-related initiatives.

  • Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence on total rewards programs (benefits and compensation), employee experience (events and gifting), and overall employee engagement efforts.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in HR supporting managers and employees.

  • An analytical and highly detail-oriented approach with a passion for using data to drive decisions and program design.

  • A combination of experience and vision to be instrumental in growing a world-class people function in a high-growth global technology company.

  • Remarkable instincts around human behavior.

  • Workday HCM experience preferred; Tableau and Excel as a plus.

  • A willingness to work through change and learn from setbacks while seeing problems as challenges and as a growth opportunity.

  • The desire to challenge the norms of traditional HR by proposing new and innovative ideas and process recommendations.

  • Fluency in English.
