The Crown Is Yours

As a CRM Associate, you will support daily operations of the marketing calendar for Golden Nugget Online Casino. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing communications adhere to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to grow within a tech-focused marketing team.

What you’ll do as a CRM Associate

  • Setup and manage the performance of marketing campaigns across the Customer Retention & Monetization Team.

  • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, and Engineering partners to incorporate user preferences, A/B tests, and product enhancements into channel plans.

  • Execute structured A/B tests and lead analysis of results to maximize business impact.

  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Creative team to deliver innovative, best-in-class creative concepts and designs.

  • Write emails, push notifications, SMS, and more aligned to our marketing standards and brand guidelines.

What you’ll bring

  • At least one year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce or gaming industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define the next steps.

  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

  • Experience with A/B testing and knowledge of (or willingness to learn) HTML and other analytics tools.

  • Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.

  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,600.00 - $86,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
