The Crown Is Yours

We’re looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented Senior Scrum Master with a can-do attitude. You will be deeply integrated into the company’s structure and will handle various requests from different stakeholders in order to minimize interruptions in our teams’ work. If you like continuous improvement, working close to business in small teams with a dedicated mission, the concept of taking agile principles and methods to their limit by making use of new techniques and programs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll do as a Senior Scrum Master

  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and other ceremonies / meetings and discussions.

  • Lead development teams to practice agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

  • Keep track of project/initiative status and create/update relative roadmaps, update agile tracking systems to provide transparency.

  • Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice.

  • Support development and product managers as necessary.

  • Assist with internal and external communication, be part of and represent the team in delivery sync meetings; improve transparency.

  • Identify and remove impediments, and prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal.

  • Run reporting and metrics analysis.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience playing the Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator or Delivery Manager for a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.

  • Project management and strong organizational, mediation and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean: Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.

  • Skills and knowledge in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types.
