We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a keen eye for top talent. Do you have experience driving the recruitment process from kickoff to close? In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business and work with an international team. We are looking for a passionate teammate who can add value to the recruitment process with data-driven solutions, and understands how to source quickly and creatively while always keeping the candidate and stakeholder experience top of mind.

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Act as a partner to stakeholders by developing creative and data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to recruit top talent in highly competitive markets.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and interviewer preparedness.

• Leverage a mix of sourcing activities, including job postings, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events, to attract quality applicants and build robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Manage all components involved in the full-cycle recruiting process through close collaboration with the business and Recruitment Marketing team.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on hiring strategy and offer negotiations.

• Promote operational excellence by maintaining timely and accurate data within all recruiting systems and tools, and adhering to recruiting processes.

• Continuously expand your knowledge of DraftKings’ business, customers and competition to build effective hiring strategies and generate excitement among candidates.

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience, with established success in corporate recruiting and/or agency.

• Considerable experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment; must be a self-starter able to work well under pressure.

• Sound analytical skills with demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
