The Crown Is Yours

Join our team as a Lead Copywriter and immerse yourself in the world of conceptual advertising, focusing on broadcast and video content. You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors to develop innovative ideas and execute fully integrated campaigns across various media channels. Your role will primarily involve crafting written copy for television spots and digital videos, while also contributing to other brand-focused projects. With your extensive experience in advertising and strong attention to detail, you'll play a key role in driving measurable positive outcomes for our business.

What you’ll do as a Lead Copywriter

  • Partner with art directors to develop conceptual ideas, themes, and concepts for every assignment that is on the brief.

  • Ideate and execute fully integrated “big idea” campaigns across a variety of media.

  • Primarily focus on written copy for television spots and digital video but will also focus on out-of-home, experiential, product naming, and other brand work.

  • Represent ideas and concepts in cross-functional settings and collaborate with stakeholders and other teams.

  • Work closely with the Direct Response Studio team to help implement ideas across multiple executions.

  • Collaborate with designers to execute copy-focused deliverables.

What you’ll bring

  • Award winning portfolio with multiple comedy-focused TV commercial ad examples. Experience creating for sports and/or iGaming brands should be included. A link to your portfolio submitted with your resume is required for your application to be considered.

  • 8+ years of relevant advertising agency or in-house agency experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in Television ideation, production, and post-production.

  • Strong attention to detail and grammar with excellent communication skills including written, visual, and verbal.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 - $150,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
