Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you’ll do as a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate

  • Serve as the Sportsbook operational lead during off-peak hours in the sports world (this role will be required to work nights/weekends and show a flexible schedule to respond to changing business needs).

  • Solve complex sportsbook operations problems with a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and sports/sports-betting expertise.

  • Aid our promotion redemption efforts by writing clear and concise SQL code

  • Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.

  • Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team.

  • Manage the efficient execution and fulfillment of various promotions and pools.

  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to improve customer experience and support analysis frameworks to measure sportsbook initiatives.

  • Work with our Content and Trading teams to ensure the delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings for state and region-specific promotional campaigns.

  • Maintain a database of promotions to assist in monitoring and recapping high-value promotions.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.

  • 2 years of experience managing promotions with a strong understanding of what the Sportsbook customer wants.

  • Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.

  • At least 1 year of SQL experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and G-Suite (G-Sheets).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.

  • Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will include evening and weekend shifts, which consist of five days of work with two days off.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,800.00 - $91,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
