The Crown Is Yours
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing team where you will be responsible for supporting new and existing gaming relationships. You will partner with various internal and external stakeholders during the pre and post go-live launch. You will also help manage the on-going strategic plans to ensure we are providing the best experience for our customers while meeting necessary commitments to our partners.
What you’ll do as an Account Manager
Partner with marketing channel teams to develop Go-to-Market strategies that will help drive engagement and loyalty to our mobile and retail offerings.
Partner with Government Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and State Launch captains to understand regulatory requirements and partner involvement in go-live for new states (both for mobile and retail).
Facilitate and organize on-going partner communications, including kick off calls, weekly status calls, marketing/activations plans.
Submit all creative requests from partners into Wrike system.
Ensure partners contractual commitments are tracked and accounted for (i.e. annual Marketing spend/CRM emails, events, etc.).
Support/Organize quarterly and year-end financial reviews with partners.
Serve as a primary liaison sharing pertinent information between partners and varios DraftKings business units (technology, marketing, finance, business planning, legal, etc.)
Support Business Development team to respond to RFPs and manage proposal/new prospect developments.
Regularly update DraftKings proposal content based on new stats, headlines, or achievements that are noteworthy.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field.
At least 2 years of partnership management or business development experience.
Prior experience working directly with clients in a client services role.
Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross functional role to execute project plans.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate multiple projects and clients.
Strong interest in gaming, sports betting and/or Fantasy Sports.

Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000.00 - $114,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
