The Crown Is Yours

We are looking to add a Sportsbook Ticket Writers to our retail team. As a Sportsbook Ticket Writer, you will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing all wagering transactions at our retail location at Wrigley Field. You will be developing and building relationships with guests, service and monitor betting kiosks and maintaining the working area of the sportsbook.

What you’ll do as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer

  • Explain, educate and assist customers with sports wagering OTC and kiosks.

  • Conduct wagering transactions fast, accurate and flawlessly.

  • Manage cash, maintain and balance a bank drawer.

  • Update and manage kiosks.

  • Monitor and communicate patron betting behavior.

  • Clean and organize the work sportsbook area and restock sportsbook supplies.

  • Meet and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures, guidelines and criteria.

  • Be an advocate of the property and DraftKings.


What you'll bring

  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering customer questions related to sports and sports wagering.

  • Cash management experience with working knowledge in state, federal regulatory, and compliance sectors preferred.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision.

  • Proven ability to successfully manage third-party and customer relationships.

Due to state licensing requirements, you must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $16.00 - $24.00 hourly, plus tips. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
