The Crown Is Yours

We’re looking for a Director, DK Casino Revenue who will be leading the revenue delivery strategy for DK Casino. In this role you will develop and execute the promotional and reinvestment strategy and will work closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the larger organization. You will also take on a leadership role in shaping our multi brand iGaming strategy demonstrating flexibility as we develop and operationalize our multi brand environment. Our organization is agile and values transparency, high levels of autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do as a Director, DK Casino Revenue

  • You will be leading the revenue strategy for DK Casino with full responsibility to deliver on monthly/ quarterly revenue targets and meeting REI budget targets.

  • You are also responsible for leading and enabling revenue growth for all stakeholders across the casino org while keeping an eye on top level P&L.

  • You are taking on a leadership role in defining the monthly and quarterly KPI targets for DraftKings Casino’s business’ performance working closely with finance and analytics teams;

  • You will be responsible for developing the reinvestment and promotional strategy for DraftKings Casino working closely with our multi brand, growth, CRM and VIP teams.

  • You will play a key role in executing our multi brand strategy and continue to build out and manage a high performing team as part of our new multi brand organization.

  • You will ensure that all stakeholder teams are always up to date on key DK Casino operations initiatives & promotions, you will act as a key liaison between our multi brand team and the larger DraftKings organization.

  • You will set up and manage testing and reporting processes for all DK Casino promotions working closely with our multi brand and analytics teams with the goal to continuously optimize our promotions and player experience.

  • You will be a key stakeholder as the group identifies and drives new content development for DraftKings Casino and the larger iGaming org such as leaderboards, tournaments, or Responsible Gaming initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • You have 8-10 years of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience.

  • You have a strong ability to to make data driven decisions and have an analytical mindset that understands key marketing, promotions and revenue metrics, ability to recognize how they impact the business and translate the insights into strategy.

  • You have a strong ability to influence peers and senior-level business partners to drive change and innovation.

  • This role requires a large amount of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to present and tell a story across a variety of stakeholders

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,400.00 - $237,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
