The Crown Is Yours

We're looking for a Manager to join our Golden Nugget Marketing and Operations Team. In this role, you will focus on creating engaging promotions and content for our iGaming customers. You will manage a monthly reinvestment budget and be responsible for driving revenue and growing our casino business. You will continuously seek to optimize the Golden Nugget Online Casino player experience and work closely with countless internal teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll do as Manager, iGaming Marketing and Operations

  • Responsible for developing and managing high-impact promotions for our customers and working closely with internal teams, such as Casino Analytics and CRM.

  • Ensure all cross-functional teams are up to date on iGaming promotions and operations.

  • Work closely with the analytics team to support the ongoing setup of tests, analysis, review, and optimization of our iGaming promotions.

  • Manage our monthly reinvestment budget, allocating funds efficiently to drive revenue.

  • Become an expert using our internal marketing and bonus tools; always looking to optimize processes and enable flawless execution across multiple apps and states.

  • Uncover meaningful insights from competitor research, business data, and other sources and recommend course changes and new ideas that improve business performance.

  • Work with the Customer Experience (CX) Team and our VIP hosts daily to help proactively diagnose and solve promotions-related questions from our customers.

  • Support the larger iGaming Team on various projects such as new state launches, tentpole events, jackpots, leaderboards, and new business verticals.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of relevant online B2C experience.

  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics, the ability to recognize how they impact the business and translate those insights into achievable action.

  • An understanding and interest in casino games such as Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Craps, etc.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence your internal peers and external business partners to drive change and innovation.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of key marketing metrics and the ability to recognize how they impact the business to translate the insights into achievable action.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000.00 - $162,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
