The Crown Is Yours

We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Team Lead Trading to help us provide best-in-class services through compilation, risk management, in-play trading, in-play risk management, settlement, and reporting. When you join our team, you will also work with the in-line manager to support third-party suppliers and partners to deliver a targeted, relevant sportsbook product for our customers.

What you’ll do as a Team Lead:

• Execute and optimize the trading and risk management strategy for the assigned sports.

• Support the head of the department in the management of an in-house risk and trading team.

• Ensure traders are effectively utilized and rotated and support the day-to-day needs of the team.

• Provide suggestions for enhancing the product offering through the development of new betting opportunities either internally or through collaboration with external suppliers.

• Suggest recommendations to improve the internal trading tools working closely with internal stakeholders.

• Meet teams KPI's and ensure performance is in line with overall company targets.

• Interpret and use outputs of relevant customer and P/L reports & analyze performance based on ad-hoc or planned analysis requests.

• Assume full accountability for the content management across all channels, in line with commercial parameters.

• Lead the compilation, price management and in-play trading of the relevant sports, within a compliant framework.

• Support the improvement of customer journeys across the relevant sports.

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• High proficiency in English.

• Passion for sports.

• Ability to work on shifts.

• Excellent Excel skills.

• Strong knowledge of betting and sporting calendars.

• Leadership experience in leading a team.

• Proven skills in risk management, compilation, and in-play trading in a high-paced sports trading environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey key business information quickly and effectively.
