The Crown Is Yours

As an iGaming Marketing and Operations Manager, you will manage and lead a team responsible for driving the retention and monetization of our existing DraftKings Casino customers. You will be responsible for working cross functionally with other key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience to keep DraftKings as the top online casino brand in the US. This will be a hybrid role with a requirement of 2 days in office weekly.

What you'll do as a iGaming Marketing and Operations Manager

  • Lead a high-performing operational team, delivering against predetermined goals and KPIs including market share, customer engagement and monthly revenue targets.

  • Autonomously drive the creation and management of the iGaming promotions calendar for all player cohorts.

  • Own the strategy, planning, and development of a substantial reinvestment budget to drive customer retention, reactivation, and monetization leading to improved LTV.

  • Collaborate with various product, marketing and legal teams to drive cross-functional initiatives ranging from product enhancements to new promotional mechanics.

  • Promote an aggressive testing agenda to continuously optimize promotional offerings and reinvestment spend.

  • Drive campaign optimization with a significant focus on campaign analysis, consistently iterating, testing and learning.

  • You will uncover meaningful insights from competitor research, business data and other sources and recommend course changes and new ideas that improve business performance.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of relevant B2C direct response experience, preferably in the Technology, Ecommerce, and/or Regulated Gaming Industry.

  • Online gaming background preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a People Manager.

  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and have experience managing promotional investments and running A/B tests.

  • Strong ability to influence peers and senior-level business partners to drive change and innovation.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience with SQL and/or Tableau is a plus.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000.00 - $162,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
