The Crown Is Yours
As a Compliance Manager at DraftKings, you will be responsible for supporting our corporate compliance program with a focus on regulatory change management. You will be responsible for the end-to-end regulatory change management program, collaborating with stakeholders across the business for regulatory changes or feedback, and identifying key risk areas to the business.
What you’ll do as a Compliance Manager
Manage the DraftKings Regulatory Change Management program including, but not limited to, maintaining the regulatory libraries and managing the Regulatory Change Management platform.
Drive the ongoing evolution of regulatory change management, which includes the identification of efficiencies and enhancements and integration in a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool.
Partner with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure regulatory changes are documented and communicated appropriately.
Advise on compliance with laws and regulations applicable to DraftKings, including consulting on the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
Review regulatory changes and provide formal feedback, as appropriate.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other functional areas and business teams to promote a culture of compliance and an effective and synchronized approach to risk management and compliance.
Assist in advisory and documentation of control inventories.
Support compliance and risk program projects and elements as needed.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience analyzing and interpreting laws and/or regulations , gaming experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and process improvement skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts and solutions at a level appropriate to the recipient.
Experience working with a GRC tool.
Superb attention to detail and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000.00 - $168,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
