As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of our Retail Technical Support Team and work with retail partners worldwide to deliver effective technical and customer support for our retail applications. You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, troubleshooting, and further escalating a variety of issue types in order to provide the best support for our products and ultimately the best customer experience. What you’ll do as a Technical Support Specialist:

Provide quality support to business customers including answering questions and analyzing tech issues.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify technical issues, including network-related problems, software bugs, and peripheral device configurations.

Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with systems – Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, internal tools.
What you’ll bring:

Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

Expertise in customer service and hyper focused on delivering an exceptional experience.

Ability to deliver information effectively in support of the team or workgroup.

Excellent English (verbal and written).

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
