We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with the Talent Management Team and members of our Senior Leadership Team to design and deliver strategies that’ll enable, motivate, and retain our employees. You’ll help evolve the working methods and organizational structure at DraftKings to ensure success as we rapidly grow and scale to meet the incredible opportunity before us. What you’ll do as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Build the strategic partner relationship with all levels of management and employees in the organizations that you support.

  • In partnership with the Employee Relations Specialist, handle employee relations initiatives within the teams you support.

  • Drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle in partnership with our Learning and Development team.

  • Identify high-potential employees and advise leaders on strategies and initiatives to ensure their retention and growth.

  • Provide consultation and strategic counsel to leadership on organizational design and structure to optimize business outcomes.

  • Partner with our recruiting team to support the hiring of top talent while working together to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and new hire effectiveness.

  • Leverage data to support program designs and prioritization of people related initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • Have 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders.

  • Analytical and highly detail oriented with a passion for using data to drive decisions and program design.

  • Have a combination of experience and vision to be an instrumental part of growing a world class people function in a high-growth global technology company.

  • Have remarkable instincts around human behavior.

  • Willingness to work through change and learn from setbacks while seeing tough problems as challenges and a growth opportunity.

  • Have the desire to challenge the norms of traditional HR by proposing new and innovative ideas and process recommendations.

As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,200.00 - $172,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
