We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Global Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards organization. As the Global Compensation Manager, you will drive projects and provide analysis to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You’ll handle the development, implementation, communication, and administration of innovative DraftKings compensation programs including job architecture and incentive rewards and bonus programs. You’ll also conduct benchmarking, survey and prevalent trends analysis and deliver compensation training.

What you’ll do as a Global Compensation Manager:

  • Provide compensation consulting and support throughout the business

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, regional leaders, and key business stakeholders to provide recommendations on day to day needs 

  • Be the subject matter expert on Annual & Mid-year compensation planning cycles, job architecture, range analysis, salary structures, budgeting, benchmarking, etc.

  • Develop the thinking around compensation data analytics and relevant dashboards for decision making

  • Support HR Technology projects related to compensation requirements, process, reporting, testing, and data

  • Identify resources and oversee participation in compensation surveys

  • Document and ensure compensation practices follow compliance with current laws and regulations

  • Design and deliver compensation training and communications

What you’ll bring:   

  • 7+ years broad-based compensation experience, Global experience preferred

  • Experience with Workday required

  • Expertise in compensation market practices, rules/regulations, and compliance

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence business partners globally

  • Ability to analyze data and create meaningful insights

  • Self-driven with great organization skills and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize your workload and balance concurrent projects 

  • Experience supporting a Sales organization preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,400.00 - $189,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
