As a CX Strategy Intern, you’ll join the team that helps shape how Customer Experience improves across DiDi’s international markets. You’ll turn customer and operational data into insights and recommendations that improve service for millions of users.
It's a fit if you like structuring ambiguous problems, working with data, and understanding how a large tech platform turns feedback into decisions.
In this role, you'll be...
- Run root cause analysis to understand why customers have specific problems and where the biggest opportunities sit
- Benchmark competitors and industry practices to inform strategic recommendations
- Support strategic projects end to end, from problem framing to synthesis
- Turn analysis into clear recommendations and materials for business partners
- Partner with analysts and cross-functional teams across markets to structure problems and pressure-test findings
We're eager to be in touch because you have...
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program (Business, Engineering, Economics, Data, or a related field)
- Excel or Google Sheets, intermediate to advanced
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Interest in data-driven decision making and business strategy
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Nice to have: SQL, basic to intermediate
