#LI-HybridTeam Overview
Experience Management is DiDi Premier's quality audit function: we measure driver SOP compliance, run service-level assessments, and generate the data that tells us whether Premier's service standards are actually being delivered on the ground. We sit at the intersection of field operations, enforcement, and driver education — translating audit results into actionable insights that drive program decisions across the organization.
As an intern in Experience Management, you will support the team's analytical and documentation work at a critical moment: Premier is actively building and refining its driver enforcement and education systems, and EM is responsible for measuring whether those systems are working. You will help turn raw audit data into structured analysis, contribute to process documentation, and use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows — freeing the team to focus on higher-order decisions.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will work closely with Supply Development and Driver Ecosystem, and your outputs will directly inform how we calibrate Premier's quality programs.
Role Responsibilities
- Running structured analyses to measure the impact of Premier's driver enforcement and education systems — tracking how compliance, service scores, and audit outcomes evolve over time.
- Leading service-level measurement initiatives to assess driver compliance and service quality, and building the analytical tools and dashboards that support ongoing monitoring of EM's key indicators.
- Supporting process documentation across EM's operating workflows — audit SOPs, scoring criteria, escalation flows — ensuring the team's institutional knowledge is captured in structured, usable formats.
- Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive EM processes using AI tools, and implementing those automations with the team's guidance.
- Collaborating with Supply Development and Driver Ecosystem at the working level to share audit findings and support cross-functional decision making.
Role Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Intermediate Excel skills at minimum; basic SQL is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate processes, generate documentation, or accelerate analytical work.
- Strong written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- A structured, detail-oriented working style.
- Genuine curiosity about how driver behavior, service quality, and program design connect to each other.
