#LI-HybridTeam Overview
Being part of the Supply Development team at DiDi Premier puts you at the center of how we build and sustain a world-class driver experience. Supply Development is DiDi Premier's program design function: we define the frameworks, playbooks, and operating models that shape how Premier drivers are trained, evaluated, and developed.
As a Senior Analyst in Supply Development, you will be the execution core of the team. You will take strategic direction from the SD Manager and turn it into finished program artifacts like partner capability playbooks, KPI frameworks, operating model SOPs, driver education curricula, that are adopted across the organization. You will own workstreams end-to-end, manage cross-functional coordination at the working level, and help build the infrastructure that makes Premier's service excellence machine run.
This is a foundational role in a function that is actively being built. If you thrive in ambiguous environments, care deeply about designing things that actually work in the field, and want to see your work shape the experience of hundreds of drivers, this is the right place for you.
Role Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end development of program artifacts across Supply Development's active workstreams from first draft to stakeholder ratification.
- Building DiDi Premier's DP Partner Program from the ground up: designing the partner classification methodology, KPI framework, tier rubric, and capability playbook that will govern how we develop and manage our fleet partner network.
- Designing the architecture and delivery model for Premier's driver continuous education program, including the QC infrastructure (knowledge assessments, mystery attendance framework, recertification tracking) that ensures training quality at scale.
- Tracking Supply Development's leading indicators: pre/post knowledge lift, partner Service-40 delta, PCM ramp progress, and building the monitoring tools that give the team visibility into program performance.
- Coordinating artifact reviews and follow-ups with cross-functional partners including Driver Ecosystem, Experience Management, AIoT, Legal, and Product teams.
- Preparing structured inputs for stakeholder decisions: one-pagers, decision memos, and structured briefs that translate program design into clear recommendations.
Role Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, marketplace or platform operations, program design, or a similar function within a technology company.
- A proven track record of producing structured program artifacts — frameworks, BRDs, playbooks, SOPs — as a primary output, not just slides or reports.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect operational data (driver performance, partner metrics, training outcomes) to program design decisions.
- Experience with Excel (intermediate/advanced) and SQL (basic/intermediate); Python is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate processes, accelerate document production, and structure analytical work
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and build structure from a blank page.
- Familiarity with platform or gig-economy operating models (ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, fleet management) is a strong plus.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- A collaborative, cross-functional working style.
