Team Overview

Being part of the Driver Growth Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to build and optimize the supply engine of the leading mobility platform. In this role, you will help transform Driver Management into a high-impact, scalable supply capabilities model across Spanish-Speaking LatAm. Our team builds data-driven acquisition and engagement systems that structurally improve user lifecycles, boost lifetime value, and increase platform preference.

Role Responsibilities

This role owns how deep our community programs can go in shaping the driver experience, and how many drivers get the chance to feel it. We believe deeply in what these programs create: a genuine sense of connection between drivers and the platform that goes beyond any single trip. Your job is to amplify that reach: identifying the right driver profile across our markets, and expanding the experience to more of our driver base through a deep understanding of driver needs that proves scalable growth. You'll be measured on how far that expansion reaches and how reliably it lands as we grow. It suits an operator who treats scaling something genuinely valuable as its own craft, not just a numbers exercise.

  • Driver profile & journey: Define what the ideal driver looks like in each market, and follow their path from invitation to getting started, so you can spot where interested drivers drop off.

  • Outreach execution ownership: Set the operating standard for the team that executes outreach at scale, and own their results end to end, leading through influence rather than direct authority.

  • Expansion planning: Decide where and when we expand next based on how ready each market is, and keep that expansion moving at a fast, confident pace.

  • Analytics & reporting: Own the reporting that shows how the program is performing across the region, and translate it into concrete recommendations for program design.

  • Field insight & product input: Spend real time with drivers and local teams in-market, and turn what you learn into direct product improvements that shape the driver experience.

Role Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, growth, or analytics roles, with demonstrated independent ownership of end-to-end projects.

  • Prior experience with user communities, marketplace operations, or gig-economy platforms is a strong plus.

  • Advanced analytical skills, including spreadsheets, data automation, modeling, and database manipulation. SQL is a must, used independently and daily to pull and validate your own data.

  • Experience taking full ownership of a BPO's operational outcomes, holding them to a high bar on quality, results, and deadlines.

  • A/B testing experience is a must, along with turning user research (interviews, focus groups, sampling) into concrete program or product recommendations, with working familiarity with basic statistical concepts such as significance testing.

  • Passion for using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to speed up analysis, reporting, and structured thinking. Hands-on experience building automations, prompts, or small AI-powered workflows is highly desired.

  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working English.

  • Strong organizational skills: you can track multiple moving parts across markets without dropping a thread.

  • Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including in-market presence during market expansion and periodic in-field visits.
