Team Overview

Following the recent soft launch of DiDi Premier in Mexico, our team is shifting from traditional compliance enforcement to building a world-class, identity-driven service culture. The Premier Channel Manager operates at the core intersection of Account Management and Supply Development. Inspired by the high-velocity operations of DiDi Food and the quality governance of DiDi China, this hybrid role moves away from static desk routines to act as a true "Farmer" in the field. You will own the localized relationship layer, transforming abstract service standards into real-world experience consistency across our driver and fleet partner ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact and operational enabler for our supply ecosystem, you will manage a designated portfolio of Fleet Partners and drivers to maximize capacity and service quality. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Coaching: Actively monitor, audit, and improve your portfolio's core metrics, specifically Total Supply Hours (TSH) and Service Scores (SS).

  • Field Execution ("The Farmer Routine"): Spend Tuesdays through Thursdays deployed in the field conducting Hub visits, auditing vehicle standards, and delivering in-person coaching.

  • Dual-Channel Governance: Depending on your portfolio, you will either act as an institutional consultant for corporate fleet business models or scale operations through an incentive-driven network of elite independent driver community leaders.

  • Community & Intervention: Manage localized communication channels (WhatsApp/D-Chat) and execute proactive performance interventions or re-training loops for underperforming drivers.

  • Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the direct bridge to HQ, translating field insights, operational friction, and partner needs into actionable strategies for Supply Development.

Role Qualifications

We believe that technical skills can be developed with training, but strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential from day one. We are looking for a balanced professional who brings a combination of strong empathy and solid operational skills:

  • Professional Background: 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM), B2B Operations, Community Management, or Field Operations within gig-economy platforms.

  • Interpersonal & Relationship Skills: Exceptional empathy, active listening, and a natural disposition for building trust-based, professional relationships.

  • Data & Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to navigate data dashboards (e.g., Looker), interpret spreadsheet models, and translate telemetry or service metrics into clear action plans.

  • Channel Specialization (One of the following is a plus):

    • For Corporate Fleets: Experience operating structured Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conducting high-level performance reviews with business owners.

    • For Independent Supply: Mastery of decentralized community dynamics, event organization, and a basic understanding of behavioral economics or performance-based reward frameworks.

  • Operational Resilience: The stamina and drive required to coach extensive field operations, navigate high-friction scenarios under pressure, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Education: A university degree or equivalent commercial experience
