Team Overview

As a Driver Loyalty Intern, you'll work on strategic projects with regional impact across Latin America. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX- to launch new initiatives, analyze business performance, and help shape the future of the driver experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through analytics, experimentation, and AI.

Role Responsibilities


  • Assisting in the design and execution of driver loyalty and engagement initiatives.

  • Supporting the development of loyalty benefits and incentive programs while analyzing their performance and business impact.

  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen the value proposition for drivers.

  • Analyzing driver behavior, operational data, and market trends to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and earnings.

  • Building dashboards, business analyses, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analyses, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Contributing to high-impact regional projects with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Role Qualifications











  • A strong interest in strategy, analytics, operations, product, or business.

  • Experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.

  • A passion for solving business problems through data and technology.

  • Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for learning and applying AI tools to improve productivity and generate insights.

  • Strong communication skills with advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.

  • A proactive attitude, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • A willingness to continuously learn, challenge the status quo, and contribute innovative ideas.
