Team Overview

The RTBO Improvement team is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the restaurant onboarding process at 99Food, generating visibility into metrics, supporting continuous improvement projects, and providing analytical support to different areas of the business.


This is an opportunity for someone looking for an analytical, data driven environment with exposure to different areas of the business.


As part of the team, you will support the monitoring and continuous improvement of the restaurant onboarding process, providing analytical support for decisions that impact operations, commercial, and product.


We are looking for a curious person, eager to learn, to support data projects, dashboards, and process improvement.

Role Responsibilities









  • Supporting the organization and consolidation of databases

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards

  • Supporting data extraction for team analyses

  • Monitoring data quality and integrity, identifying inconsistencies

  • Supporting the standardization of reports across different business areas

  • Contributing to process documentation and internal improvements












Role Qualifications


  • Interest in roles providing data driven insights to organizations

  • Active student in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields

  • Knowledge of SQL, knowledge of Python will be considered a plus

  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)

  • Passion for continuous improvement

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn about the world of data and operations

  • Ability to interpret metrics and turn numbers into organized processes

  • Advanced English
