The Senior Business Intelligence Specialist — Fraud Risk provides advanced analytical data driven support to risk operations, translating complexprocesses into accurate metrics (KPIs & OKRs), forecasts, and operational insights. This role requires deep SQL expertise, strong data modeling and simulation skills, and a thorough understanding of fraud workflows and risk controls process. The specialist partners closely with Operation team (including cross-regional collaboration with China), and Management to design incentive schemes, optimize capacity and schedules, build robust dashboards, and lead post-mortem investigations for critical incidents.

- Performance Bonus Design & Calculation
- Design and maintain incentive schemes aligned with area OKRs and organizational policies.
- Ensure bonus targets are neither lax nor unattainable and verify budget alignment for each area.
- Calculate monthly bonuses, reconcile results with Supervisors and Managers, and communicate outcomes.
- Redesign bonus structures on demand; run historical simulations to validate expected outcomes and feasibility.
- Forecasting, Scheduling & Capacity Planning
- Forecast volume at team and sub-team level and design optimized shift schedules to meet operational targets.
- Maintain the capacity plan by forecasting future volume, evaluating team capacity, and recommending staffing levels that balance service needs with cost constraints (including coverage for vacations and planned absence).
- Model scenarios to support trade-offs between headcount, throughput, and SLA attainment.
- Operational Metrics & Reporting
- Produce performance reports summarizing operational results and trends.
- Maintain high-granularity productivity files and ensure KPIs are updated and validated for operational use.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and requests from Operations and Management.
- Dashboards & Automation
- Model metrics offline to ensure accuracy and operational viability before production deployment.
- Validate data sources and coordinate with the RD/data engineering team to request integrations when required.
- Implement and maintain dashboards and automated reports in the formats required by operations (tables, charts, scheduled exports).
- Incident Analysis & Post-Mortems
- Lead post-mortem analyses for significant incidents (e.g., abrupt indicator drops, systemic anomalies).
- Perform root-cause analysis, document findings, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify process improvements and support implementation plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Participate in relevant meetings; present findings and recommendations to Operations, Risk, and Management.
- Collaborate closely with Risk Policy teams (including cross-regional coordination with China) to align metrics, controls, and remediation plans.
- Ensure traceability and auditability of calculations and reports used for incentives and compliance.

- Advanced SQL / Hive SQL: Expert ability to write, optimize and maintain complex queries and transformations for large-scale datasets.
- Data Modeling & ETL Understanding: Strong experience designing reliable metric definitions, data pipelines, and validation checks.
- Forecasting & Statistical Methods: Solid skills in time series forecasting, scenario simulation, and capacity modeling.
- Advanced BI & Visualization Tools: Experience building production dashboards and automated reports in enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Excel (Advanced): Proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, automation (macros or scripts where needed).
- strong programming / Scripting: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analysis, simulations, or automation tasks.
- Data Quality & Governance: Knowledge of best practices to ensure data accuracy, lineage, and auditability for compliance and incentives.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of fraud processes, detection workflows, and risk control mechanisms.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and to coordinate with cross-regional teams.
