Seeking a proactive team member with customer experience and continuous improvement background to support in different areas and routines in our Experience B2B team. This role is crucial for promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the B2B environment, raising the bar by solving our problems in-app and in customer service, besides reflecting what else we could do to offer an incredible experience as a competitive advantage. This person will work together with B2B service operations leader and other areas to execute our strategy and improve our performance metrics. By facilitating proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking, this position aims be a key player within our B2B business unit.
Role Responsibilities
You will be challenged to work in different areas, manage different projects and prioritization. Key scope is:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve workflows across CX and service operations to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance the end-user journey.
- Systems Optimization: Understand current blockers and to be scenario to design system optimization solutions for better experience/support.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) and fraud indicators to identify trends and areas for proactive intervention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align improvement strategies with the B2B CX unit's goals.
- Solution-Oriented Thinking: Facilitate proactive problem-solving to mitigate operational risks and resolve customer pain points before they escalate.
Role Qualifications
- Self-driven, fast learner and hunger for success;
- 5+ years in continuous improvement, process improvement or related fields;
- 2+ years in mobility or B2B industry;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, with certifications in Continuous Improvement preferred (lean, six sigma);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Fluency in English is required.
