Team Overview

Being part of the Driver Growth Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to build and optimize the supply engine of the leading mobility platform. In this role, you will help transform Driver Management into a high-impact, scalable supply capabilities model across Spanish-Speaking LatAm. Our team builds data-driven acquisition and engagement systems that structurally improve user lifecycles, boost lifetime value, and enhance platform preference.

Role Responsibilities

As a Driver Growth Operations Intern you’ll be the analytical core for our primary scale and quality workstreams. You will maintain and optimize complex automated dashboards, monitor behavioral data patterns, and surface actionable insights needed to scale our regional operations. If you want to combine technical data skills with real-world marketplace logistics in a fast-paced corporate environment, this role offers an ideal proving ground. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Funnel Diagnostics: Track regional user acquisition-to-activation funnels, isolating conversion drop-offs and channel efficiencies to optimize operational resources.

  • Cohort Analytics: Maintain performance models evaluating user lifecycles and maturity lags, running precise comparisons between treatment and control populations to isolate incremental performance gains.

  • Capacity Planning: Model supply capacity across regional clusters to forecast operational runway and proactively flag localized gaps before they stall expansion.

  • Data Pipeline Auditing: Be the primary gatekeeper for data integrity, identifying and resolving systemic anomalies between operational tools and centralized data warehouses.

  • Execution Tracking: Build simple compliance frameworks to evaluate field implementation quality, system utilization, and operational workflow adherence.

  • Process Automation: Configure automated lifecycle triggers within internal systems and leverage AI tools to eliminate manual reporting or operating loops.

Role Qualifications

  • Education: Enrolled in 5th–8th semester of Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a similarly ultra-quantitative field.

  • Technical Programming: Strong SQL foundations paired with data processing skills in Python (Pandas), R, or similar frameworks to manipulate and model complex datasets independently.

  • Automation Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a strong interest in using tech-driven solutions and AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

  • Advanced Spreadsheets: Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (complex logic, structured modeling) to build operational trackers from scratch.

  • Execution Rigor: Highly organized with the disciplined time management required to balance university schedules with fast-paced corporate sprints.

  • Communication: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to summarize raw trends into clear operational insights.
