The AEP team needs to hire a Senior Operations Analyst for the IBG Auto & Fleet Ecosystem. This role will help the team work faster and better across different country markets.

International Growth: The Auto Ecosystem started in Mexico and Brazil and is now expanding to Colombia and Argentina. We need someone who can work well with international teams to keep our strategy aligned and efficient.

Better Execution: Right now, our main team focuses on strategy and supply chain partnerships. This new role will focus on onboarding international partners and making day-to-day operations smoother.

Coordination & Support: This person will bridge the gap between regional teams and headquarters, making sure our main strategy is successfully put into practice.
Role Responsibilities

Support Daily Operations: Help run the IBG Auto Ecosystem business, focusing closely on managing the entire fleet operation process.

Partner & Strategy Support: Assist our business partners with their daily operations and help the team create standard Operations Playbooks (guides).

Team Coordination: Work with different departments inside the company to make sure we achieve our strategic goals.

Local Representative: Act as our main team member in Mexico, and eventually connect with chinese investors and new companies that looking for the meixcan market.
Location: This role will be based in Mexico City or Monterrey to help launch our initial operations and support future expansion into other Spanish-speaking Latin American (SSL) countries.
Role Qualifications

Experience: Background in the automotive industry, fleet management, ride-hailing, or business development.

Hands-on & Driven: A practical worker with strong ethics and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Passionate: Highly motivated and dedicated to helping the team succeed.

Teamwork: Able to work well with different internal teams and international partners.

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin (required), Spanish, and English to communicate with local partners and the Board of Directors.

Relationship Management: Honest and skilled at managing relationships with all kinds of people, both inside and outside the company.
