Team Overview

We are the supply growth team of Didi’s international business covering the Australian market. International expansion is a core growth pillar for Didi, and Australia and New Zealand stand as our frontier markets to achieve breakthroughs in developed economies.

As a key link connecting the platform and drivers, the ANZ Supply Growth Team oversees full-lifecycle operations including driver recruitment, re-engagement, conversion and retention. From the perspective of overall market supply-demand and competition, we identify growth opportunities and design high-efficiency strategies. We also work closely with product & R&D, local marketing, customer service and safety teams to iterate products and operational strategies, boost conversion rates, build a sustainable vehicle supply ecosystem and fuel steady business growth.

Our team is young, diverse and highly international. You will be fully empowered with ample room for career development. You can leverage your expertise to turn data insights and analysis into tangible business value via refined operation and strategic optimization. We welcome talents who embrace challenges in cross-border collaboration, develop forward-looking business insights amid a dynamic market, and explore new growth opportunities together with the team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Channel Operation: Lead end-to-end product and strategy optimization for driver acquisition across Australia and New Zealand. Expand online and offline recruitment channels and conduct re-engagement campaigns. Take accountability for recruitment volume, customer acquisition cost and conversion efficiency.

  • Community Operation: Establish a comprehensive operation system for driver communities in ANZ. Manage recruitment and training of new drivers and community mentors, and design tiered operation content and activities to improve driver retention and maintain a healthy vehicle supply pool.

  • Strategic Operation: Formulate strategies for driver acquisition and re-engagement. Collaborate with BI and data teams to evaluate campaign performance, iterate strategies and improve cost-effectiveness.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with local marketing, safety, customer service, product and R&D teams to ensure efficient delivery of cross-functional projects.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of working experience in community operation, growth operation, product operation or strategic operation. Prior experience in supply-side growth, community management or ride-hailing driver operation in Australia and New Zealand is preferred.

  • Possess sharp business acumen and strong communication & coordination skills. Sound logical thinking, quick learning ability and result-oriented mindset to drive project delivery efficiently.

  • Solid data analysis capabilities, proficient in tools including Excel and SQL.

  • English as the working language.
