We are looking for a meticulous, brand-savvy Jr. manager to be the quality-control layer for our social content and influencer program. Nothing goes live without passing through you first. You will review all influencer content submitted by agencies, maintain the influencer program tracker, support validation of proposed talent lists, and ensure every piece of content meets brand, tone, and compliance standards before reaching the Social Media Sr Manager for final approval.
Role Responsibilities
STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- First-pass review of all influencer content submitted by the influencer agency — evaluate brand guideline adherence, messaging accuracy, tone, and regulatory compliance before escalating to the Manager
- First-pass review of all organic content submitted by the content agency — flag brand inconsistencies, factual errors, or compliance risks before Manager review
- Maintain the influencer content tracker: deliverables per creator, submission dates, review status, revision rounds, approval, and publish dates — for a high-volume program
- Support influencer list validation: research proposed profiles for audience authenticity, engagement quality, brand fit, and prior brand associations
- Give structured, specific first-round feedback to the influencer agency on content revisions — documenting feedback clearly per creator
- Maintain the social content calendar: post schedule, versioning, approval status, and publishing windows per platform
- Compile influencer program performance data: reach, views, engagement, and sentiment per creator — prepare clean monthly reports for the Manager
- Coordinate logistics with influencer and content agencies: brief delivery, revision timelines, and publishing windows
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Cross-train fully on Social Strategy & Insights manager responsibilities — cover that role confidently during absences
- Coordinate with CX on content flagged for community escalation during influencer and organic campaigns
- Support the Social Media Sr Manager with ad hoc research, benchmarking, and performance data as needed
Role Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content management — agency or in-house
- Hands-on experience managing influencer programs with high activation volume — meticulous about deliverables and deadlines
- Strong brand eye: ability to identify off-brand, off-tone, or potentially risky content before it escalates
- Deep familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats, brand safety standards, and disclosure requirements in Mexico
- Highly organized — experienced in maintaining complex tracking systems across multiple stakeholders and agencies
- Experienced in giving structured, professional feedback to agencies and creators
- Comfortable working at pace — review cycles are tight, and campaigns move fast
- Fluent in English and Spanish — native Spanish speaker strongly preferred for copy review
