About the team/role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically sharp brand analyst to be the operational backbone of the Brand Strategy team. You will manage the BHT, support brief coordination, conduct competitive and cultural research, and produce the analytical inputs that allow the Brand Strategy Lead and Brand Strategy Sr Manager to stay focused on strategy. You will also cross-train to serve as backup for the Brand Strategy Sr Manager during absences.

In this role, you'll be...

  • STRATEGY & EXECUTION

  • Coordinate and operate BHT waves: collect data from the Insights team, update dashboards, flag brand attribute movements, and maintain version control
  • Prepare regular competitive benchmarking reports — track how leading digital financial brands communicate across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Prepare post-campaign performance summaries tied to brand OKRs — compile data from analytics tools and agency reports
  • Research cultural trends, category moments, and audience insights to feed into brand strategy planning sessions
  • Support preparation of strategy presentations and decks for brand reviews, stakeholder meetings, and agency briefings
  • Maintain brand documentation: tone-of-voice guides, messaging frameworks, and service-specific territory files across DiDi financial services
  • Cross-train fully on Brand Strategy Sr Manager responsibilities

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Support the Brand Strategy Manager and Brand Strategist Sr in documenting and tracking business team inputs — compile OKRs, priorities, and campaign requests from business teams so the brand team can act on them with speed and accuracy
  • Coordinate logistics with the external Insights team: send research requests, follow up on deliverables, organize study outputs, and prepare summaries for the team
  • Support brief documentation: format briefs, manage version control, and maintain the active brief file library
  • Assist in preparing materials that the Brand Strategist Sr takes to creative agency meetings

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a planning role at an agency or in-house team
  • Experience operating brand tracking tools or coordinating research projects is highly valued
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data from multiple sources and synthesizing it into clear summaries
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and presentation building
  • Proactive and self-directed — able to manage recurring tasks independently without constant guidance
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
