About the team/role

Being part of the Vehicle Solutions team puts you at the heart of one of DiDi’s core values: unlocking economic opportunity for our drivers. As part of the broader Driver Ops organization, our Vehicle Solutions team is responsible for expanding opportunity for the platform’s drivers by deepening access to available vehicles. This position sits at the core of that operation: as the engagement analyst for our Vehicle Solutions team, this person will fully dedicate themselves to the experience of our fleet partners and be responsible not only for strategies to improve their experience, but drive the strategy to improve the product features available in our Fleet platform. Whether designing a new retention incentive, identifying segmentation opportunities, or working with our global engineering team to develop and prioritize potential new features, this role is an essential piece of expanding drivers’ access to safe, reliable vehicles

In this role, you'll be...

  • Full ownership of strategies to improve fleet partner engagement, loyalty and retention
  • Creation of new initiatives to more efficiently match drivers to available vehicles
  • Constant analysis of data to understand day-to-day behavior of our fleet partners and drivers
  • Driving our product development strategy, prioritizing new features, and supporting global teams in their launch and full implementation
  • Collaboration with several supporting areas like marketing, product, and user research to place the user’s experience at the core of the fleet partner experience
  • Partnership across the broader Fleet and Driver Growth teams to improve drivers’ access to our platform and grow the national base of divers

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background. All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment
  • Previous professional experience in analytical, operational, and/or product roles preferred
  • Working familiarity with and demonstrated experience using programming languages for data analysis (SQL required, Python preferred)
  • Great attitude and hands-on approach
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish
