We are looking for a HRBP Intern to join our global IBG structure, collaborating with different business areas to support people-related topics and drive HR initiatives.
In this role, you will act as a point of contact for your assigned areas, serving as a local, on-the-ground HR presence while also operating within a global scope. You will ensure close alignment with stakeholders, helping connect day-to-day HR needs with global practices and processes.
Role Responsibilities
HR Partnership
- Serving as a local HR point of contact with global scope, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and connecting daily HR needs to global practices and processes.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the assigned departments
- Supporting the Senior HRBP Manager in driving HR initiatives aligned with business needs
- Help manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring they are connected to the broader business context and organizational goals.
Promotion Cycle Execution
- Supporting performance cycle processes, including logistics and follow-ups
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Helping coordinate engagement initiatives
- Foster a multicultural workplace by bridging communication gaps and promoting an inclusive environment.
- Monitoring employee sentiment and escalating potential risks when needed
Business & Operational Support
- Maintaining and updating workforce reports
- Supporting documentation and HR process coordination
- Developing understanding of business structures to provide effective and contextualized support
- Providing insights and updates to the Senior HRBP Manager to support decision-making
Role Qualifications
- Ongoing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR Business Partnering and working in a global environment
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures
Nice to have:
- Previous internship or academic exposure to HR topics
- Experience in multicultural environments
- Familiarity with HR tools, data tracking, or reporting
