La misión principal de un Hunter es impulsar la adquisición de condcutores mediante ventas en campo. Tu labor será acercarte activamente a conductores prospectos - especialmente aquellos que activamente están en la industria- en canales de campo de alto potencial como centros comerciales, zonas de alto tráfico y estaciones de transporte.
Buscamos perfiles con fuerte orientacion comercial, capacidad de persuasión y una mentalidad proactiva, que disfruten el contacto cara a cara y que logren convencer a los conductores de unirse a DiDi. Esta posición será clave en el crecimiento estratégico de la base de conductores de DiDi en tu ciudad.
Role Responsibilities
- Prospectar y acercarse a conductores potenciales en canales de campo (centros comerciales, eventos, zonas de alto tráfico).
- Presentar de forma persuasica la propuesta de valor de DiDi para convencer a conductores activos en la industria de migrar a la plataforma.
- Construir y gestionar relaciones sólidas con socios y espacios que habiliten la adquisición de conductores.
- Ejecutar estrategias de adquisición para cumplir o superar los objetivos establecidos.
- Dar seguimiento y reportar resultados, asegurando precisión en los sistemas de CRM.
- Proveer retroalimentación sobre dinámicas de mercado, estrategias de la competencia y nuevas oportunidades de captación.
- Colaborar con equipos internos (Operaciones, Marketing, Soporte) para garantizar una experiencia de activación sin fricciones.
- Representar a DiDi con profesionalismo, entuasiasmo y consistencia en el campo.
Role Qualifications
- Licenciatura deseable (no excluyente)
- +3 años de experiencia en ventas de campo, desarrollo de negocio o adquisición de conductores.
- Mentalidad de Hunter: proactivo, competitivo, resiliente y autónomo.
- Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales ambiciosos.
- Excelentes habilidades de persuasión, negociación y comunicación interpersonal.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y acelerados con fechas límite claras.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en campo en diferentes zonas de la ciudad (80% trabajo en campo).
- Conocimientos básicos de Excel y CRM.
