Do you love the pulse of São Paulo’s food scene? We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Commercial Team! Your mission is to drive our growth by bringing our solutions to the heart of the city—the diverse and vibrant restaurants that define São Paulo’s neighborhoods.
In this role, you are more than a manager; you are a market builder. You will lead a team that serves as the face of our brand, spending time on the ground, engaging with business owners, and showing them how our technology can truly transform their daily operations. We move fast, use data to stay ahead, and believe in the power of real relationships. If you have high energy and want to see your impact on the streets every day, you’ll fit right in.
Role Responsibilities
-Lead the Local Growth: You’ll own the sales targets for São Paulo. You will create the local game plan and lead your team to bring in a high volume of new partners and hit revenue goals.
-Lead, Support & Coach: You are there to help your team win. You’ll spend time in the field coaching them, sharpening their sales skills, and helping them close key deals.
-Master the Market: You’ll stay on top of local trends and neighborhood dynamics. You will ensure our partners are thriving and identify new opportunities to expand our footprint.
-Connect the Dots: You will be the bridge between the field and our HQ. By sharing insights from your daily interactions, you’ll help our Product and Ops teams build even better tools for our customers.
-Optimize the Playbook: You’ll look at the data to see where we can improve. When you find a strategy that works, you’ll turn it into a best practice to help scale our success across the region.
Role Qualifications
-You have the background: You’ve spent 5+ years in B2B sales (ideally in Food, Tech Food, SaaS Food, Payment POS, or Retail) and have at least 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams.
-You know São Paulo: You understand the local business vibe and the restaurant ecosystem. Having an existing network in the industry is a huge plus!
-You are a people person: You can negotiate, build trust, and communicate with ease. Since we are a global company, Advanced English is a must for this position.
-You are goal-driven: You love the challenge of a fast-paced sales cycle and know how to use data to guide your team's next move.
-You have the "Field Spirit": You enjoy being on the move, visiting neighborhoods, and working where the action happens.
