Team Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical Finance Intern to join our team at DiDi, one of the world’s leading mobility and technology platforms.

This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, data-driven environment, where finance plays a key role in supporting business decisions. You will work at the intersection of finance, operations, and data, helping transform information into insights that contribute to the performance of the business.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and the Mid Platform team, supporting ongoing analysis and key initiatives at the SSL level. While your focus will be on specific components of the P&L, you will gain valuable exposure to how financial metrics connect to operational performance in a real-world, high-impact setting.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn—someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and building a strong foundation in financial and analytical skills.

Role Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and monitor specific P&L lines, generating insights to support decision-making.

  • Manage, clean, and model large datasets (financial and operational).

  • Build and improve financial models to support business planning and analysis.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand key business drivers and identify opportunities.

  • Propose initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and financial process

Role Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Final-year student in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Advanced Excel skills (must-have: complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of financial analysis (P&L, forecasting, KPIs).

  • Ability to work with large datasets.

  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-oriented profile.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
