La función principal de un ejecutivo post venta es desarrollar y mantener un portafolio de clientes sano.


Un ejecutivo post venta debe buscar una colaboración ganar - ganar para todas las partes involucradas y así lograr un crecimiento rentable tanto tanto para la empresa como para los clientes.


Parte del rol involucra tener un buen entendimiento del negocio y brindar una excelente atención al cliente para lograr el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales exitosas a largo plazo.

Role Responsibilities

Ser el primer y principal punto de contacto con las cuentas garantizando la adecuada comunicación con los clientes para responder sus preguntas y diseñar en conjunto planes de acción sólidos para hacer que ellos crezcan.


Tener una comprensión profunda de las dinámicas y comportamientos de los clientes, construyendo y fomentando una relación a largo plazo y con una mentalidad gana-gana.


Planear y aplicar las estrategias comerciales para aumentar la participación de la empresa en el mercado, con el fin de contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos.


Desarrolle planes comerciales sólidos para hacer que nuestros clientes crezcan y se brinde la mejor experiencia.

Role Qualifications

Licenciatura en carreras administrativas, marketing, negocios internacionales o afines.


Contar con 2 o más años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas y venta consultiva.


Excelente facilidad de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.


Habilidades interpersonales: debe tener la capacidad de mantener relaciones de trabajo constructivas, colaborativas y cooperativas con clientes internos y externos y organizaciones multifuncionales.


Buena actitud para aprender rápido, adaptarse a las condiciones del mercado y no darse por vencido sin importar las dificultades


Dominar las tendencias del mercado, conocer su impacto en las personas y organizaciones a fin de ser un excelente ejecutivo post venta.


Sentido de urgencia y motivación para alcanzar objetivos analizando los posibles escenarios


Experiencia en alcanzar y sobrepasar nuevas cuotas de venta.
