Our Commercial Effectiveness team focuses on enabling scalable growth by improving processes, tools, and insights across the commercial organization. We partner closely with Sales,HR, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure our teams have the right structure, data, and processes to succeed.
As a Project Management Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and improving the way our commercial teams operate. This role combines analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and ensure operational alignment across teams.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high exposure to leadership and the opportunity to contribute directly to initiatives that impact business growth and efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives related to commercial operations and process improvement.
- Analyze data and generate insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, HR, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to align initiatives and priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help track progress of strategic projects and operational initiatives.
- Help structure processes, documentation, and project tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
- Contribute to building scalable frameworks that improve how teams operate and make decisions.
Role Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, sales operations, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to structure information and communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience working with data.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
