About the team/role
We are the engine room of a global, high-growth food delivery marketplace. Our team sits at the critical intersection of Product, Data, and Commercial Execution. We aren't just looking for a reporter of data; we are looking for a Strategic Architect to own the integrity of our commercial ecosystem.
In this role, you will be the primary bridge between technical infrastructure and the front-line commercial force. You will inherit a high-velocity, complex data environment and be tasked with establishing Operational Data Governance that ensures all cycle and targets are backed by a single, indisputable source of truth. Architect Data Integrity: Drive Structural Optimization by auditing existing pipelines and building robust SQL frameworks that transform raw marketplace data into high-fidelity commercial insights.
Strategize Incentive Logic: Own the end-to-end design and administration of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP). You will model complex "what-if" scenarios to ensure our commissions drive the right behaviors while protecting company margins.
Navigate the Commercial North Star: Act as a strategic co-pilot to the Business Development leads, building automated, "self-service" Google Sheets and Looker dashboards that dictate how our teams move in the market.
Bridge the Technical-Commercial Gap: Serve as the high-stakes facilitator between Data, Product, Ops and Sales. You will translate technical data gaps into quantified business risks and present them clearly to stakeholders to drive rapid resolution.
Identify Growth Levers: Move beyond "what" happened to explain the "why." You will pinpoint friction in the delivery funnel—from merchant churn to onboarding bottlenecks—providing the strategic clarity needed to outpace the competition.
