Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager based in Brazil to build and manage our risk and anti-fraud partner portfolio to support our digital financial services.
- This role focuses on vendor strategy and management, performance monitoring, and commercial optimization of. This role requires strong commercial acumen, sound understanding of the local fintech landscape with risk foucs, and the ability to work across global and local teams to support to optimize our risk management infrastructure and performance.
- This role works closely with our Payment Risk, KYC, Product, and Compliance teams.
Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard key local risk and anti-fraud solution providers
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to optimize cost, performance, and compliance with local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between local business teams and global risk/product teams to translate requirements into effective partner solutions and support the integration.
- Monitor partner performance against SLAs and business objectives, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brazil’s regulatory environment and fintech risk management trends.
Role Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or vendor management within Brazilian fintech, banking, or risk/fraud solution providers.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian risk ecosystem: fraud detection tools, and digital identity solutions.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
- Fluent in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred:
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts with key Brazilian risk/fraud partners.
- Experience working in a global fintech or tech company with matrix reporting structure.
- Background in risk operations, analytics, or consulting within the Brazilian market.
