Team Overview

Not all growth happens online. Streets, stores, fairs, and events still play a critical role in how drivers discover, trust, and engage with logistics platforms. As a Senior Analyst / Specialist – Trade & Offline Ops, you’ll be responsible for turning the physical world into a growth channel for 99.


You’ll design and execute offline strategies that drive driver acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility — from trade activations and vehicle branding programs to large-scale fairs and industry events. This role blends planning and execution: one day you’re analyzing ROI and performance, the next you’re on the ground making sure an activation is executed flawlessly.


If you like seeing the brand come alive in the real world, enjoy hands-on execution, and still care deeply about measuring impact and efficiency, this role puts you right at the center of offline growth for 99 Logistics.

Role Responsibilities


  • Design and execute offline driver acquisition strategies.

  • Lead participation in fairs, events, and industry activations.

  • Manage and scale offline programs such as vehicle stickers and branded assets.

  • Coordinate field operations and external partners/agencies.

  • Track performance, costs, and ROI of offline initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketplace, and Ops teams to align priorities.

Role Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, offline ops, field marketing, or growth ops.

  • Strong execution mindset with ability to operate in the field.

  • Experience managing events, activations, or offline campaigns.

  • Analytical skills to measure impact and optimize initiatives.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or mobility companies.

  • Familiarity with BI tools and campaign performance tracking.

  • Experience with partnerships and co-branded activations.
