Team Overview

The Leads, CRM & Market Intelligence team is responsible for supporting the identification, analysis, and qualification of potential partners to join the platform. The team works closely with Sales, Pricing, and Leadership, providing data-driven market insights and competitive intelligence to support acquisition and expansion strategies.


As an intern, you will support the team with analytical, research, and operational tasks, gaining hands-on exposure to market intelligence and strategic decision-making.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting competitor mapping across regions, including coverage, pricing, delivery models, and assortment.

  • Collecting and organizing market data across key categories (e.g., supermarkets, pharmacies, specialty stores).

  • Assisting in the identification of market gaps, white spaces, and acquisition opportunities.

  • Supporting market and competitive analysis through desk research and data analysis.

  • Monitoring competitor strategies, promotions, and commercial initiatives.

  • Assisting with pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking initiatives.

  • Tracking industry trends and emerging players to support market insights.

  • Helping build reports and presentations that translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with senior team members to turn market insights into actionable recommendations.

Role Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in market intelligence, data analysis, and business strategy.

  • Analytical skills and curiosity to understand competitive dynamics.

  • Ability to work with data, conduct desk research, and structure insights clearly.

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (mandatory).

  • Comfort working in a multicultural environment and interacting with international stakeholders.
